Turkey, Greek Islands, and Greek Mainland 2015

We were fortunate to take a trip to Ankara, Cappadocia, Istanbul, Ephesus, several Greek Islands, and the Greek Mainland in April. The following images chronicle our travels.

Turkey:

The Basilica of St. John was constructed in the fifth century and built over the Temple of Artemis, one of the original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

Greek Islands of Patmos, Kaylmnos, Santorini, Naxos, Delos, Mykonos, and Syros:

The Greek Mainland including Metora, Arachova, Delphi, and Athens:

I take many pictures when I travel so if you see an area we’ve traveled but no images, let me know as I might be able to show you more of our travels.

Enjoy.

Naturally all the photos are great. I have picked out the ones that I like the best and they are Balloon, Black Swan, Linda in the Cave, Tulips, Istanbul Tulip, Fisherman, Pelican, Sunrise, insect and Yellow Flower. I know you had a great time and are looking forward to Norway , Sweden and Finland. I loved Norway the roads were fabulous .The seafood also was a real plus. I actually fished in the North Sea one evening. it was a blast.
